Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that Kenzo Salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  After two appointments are missed, cancelled, or rescheduled within 24 hours, we will need to take a credit card number to secure a future appointment.  In the event of a third last minute cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show, we will charge 50% of the scheduled appointment.
