CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that Kenzo Salon has a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. After two appointments are missed or canceled/rescheduled in less than 24 hours, we will need to take a credit card number to secure a future appointment. In the event of a third last-minute cancellation/rescheduling or a no-show, we will charge 50% of the scheduled appointment.
